What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted. You have a choice to pay via either Stripe or Paypal.

Prints

Do you sell prints? How do I order one?

Yes I sell prints. Click here and then simply browse and click any that catches your eye. After clicking you’ll be taken to the image page where you can view the image large, choose size and print medium.

How do I purchase a print of a photo I saw on your social media page that I can’t find in your gallery?

Not all of my work is up in the print gallery. Please contact me here or email me at - heesoo108@gmail.com and we can sort something out.

What type of paper do you print your images on?

Images are printed onto either a semigloss(310gsm) or a fine art smooth matte(300gsm) paper both of these are made from cotton rag, have no optical brighteners and are of archival standards. Printing is done using the high end 12-colour Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-4000 using original Canon inks to ensure high quality and longevity.

What is the expected quality of the prints?

Very good!

Please have a look below of the photos of the prints (8x12 inch). Images have not been edited or retouched in any way and are straight from the camera.

Disclaimer - Colours and tones of your prints will be slightly different to what you see on your monitor as there are differences in monitor calibration (meaning different monitors display colours and tones differently).

Do all prints come with a border?

Yes and no. The choice is yours.

Borders will be 2-4mm depending on the size of the print. Borders provide extra space for both handling and framing. It is recommended that you do go with the border. Once you click the add to cart button a form will pop up asking whether you would like a border or not.

Do you offer other mediums and sizes?

Yes I do. I can offer canvas, acrylic and metal prints in various sizes or I could also offer bigger (or smaller) sizes of the current paper range. If you are interested please contact me or email me at heesoo108@gmail.com

How do I care for my print and ensure it lasts as long as possible?

UV radiation, gases/moisture, oils and scratches are the enemy of all things printed. To ensure maximum longevity it is best to

  • Frame your print behind glass

  • Avoid touching the printed ink (touch the borders!)

  • Keep or hang in a spot that is indoors and not directly exposed to harsh sunlight.

Do NOT

  • Wash or wipe the print with water or a wet rag

  • Blow on it (please use a dust blower)

  • Keep or hang in a spot that is exposed to harsh sunlight or lots of moisture (the shower for example)

Extra information about framing and/or storing your print

  • The use of quality archival materials for mats, backings, spacers, as well as UV protected glass, will improve the long term archival properties of the print.

  • Do not spray mount or use tape to adhere the print to a mounting board – the adhesive can cause damage to the paper

  • Long term storage of unframed prints should be controlled for both humidity and temperature. Ideal conditions are 15-30 degrees and 30-55% relative humidity.

Do you sign your prints?

No I don’t sign my prints. Due to logistics it is impractical for me to sign every print. As the business grows I hope to change this!

Gear

What camera gear do you use?

My current camera is a Nikon d610. While it isn’t the latest and best, it has been very reliable for all the things I put it through.

As for lenses I use -

  • Tamron 24-70mm f2.8

  • Nikon 18-35mm f3.5-4.5G

  • Samyang 14mm f2.8

  • Nikon 80-200 f4

Tripod is a Benro GoPlus Carbon Fibre.

The only filters I use are circular polarising filters.
