Shipping Methods

All shipping is done via Australia Post.

Shipping is offered both Australia Wide and Internationally

Packaging

All prints 8x12 inch will be packed into a rigid bend proof mailer.

All prints 12x18 inch and bigger will be rolled into mailing tubes.

If you are based in or near Sydney then up to 12x18 inch will be packed into a rigid bend proof mailer.

Returns & Exchanges

Chungy Photos will not accept returns and will not refund or exhange its products unless it is subject to all the following conditions

• Within 7 days of receiving the product

• Item including packaging must not be used

• The item has arrived damaged

If all 3 conditions are met please get in touch and quote your order number and date of purchase and we will provide further instructions.

You will have to send the product back in its original packaging. Chungy Photos is not responsible for covering the return shipping.

Once product is returned, Chungy Photos will either refund the full paid amount excluding shipping fees or exchange the product with another product of your choice of equal value free of charge.

Please note that refunds, exhanges or returns will not be given for a change of mind.
